All purchases are sent in plain packaging with no reference to their contents or our company name, just 'SSG' and our return address.

A packing slip will be included inside the package which will detail our company information as well as the items you have purchased. If you would prefer this wasn't included, please include a note on your order - there is a space in the final steps of checkout.

We aim to send in-stock products the next working day after you place your order. If a product is out of stock, you will be informed and we will send this as soon as we have it, using a faster shipping option at no charge to you. Note that depending on workload it may take 2-3 working days for products to be dispatched.

United Kingdom

Standard deliver uses Royal Mail Tracked 48. We try to dispatch all in-stock items the next business day after you place your order, and you should receive it within two to three working days.

Expedited delivery uses Special Delivery by 1pm, which will be handed off to Royal Mail the same day if you order by noon - or the day after you order it if your order is received later - and you should get it by 1pm the following day. Exceptions apply to remote areas of the UK, and during the current pandemic Royal Mail may deliver up to 9pm. This option is not available for our So So Gay brand items which are custom printed such as face masks and mugs; if you wish to use Special Delivery for the rest of your purchases please submit a separate order.

You will receive a tracking code by email and/or SMS to the contact details you included on your order once it has been dispatched.

Europe & Rest of the World

Items sent to Europe are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, which is passed on to a local carrier in your country. The tracking code will allow you to track mail right up to delivery.

We will dispatch your order the working day after we receive it, and it should arrive with you 3-5 working days later in Europe, and 5-7 working days for the Rest of the World. Note these dates are estimates, we can not be held liable for delays with your local mail service.

We apply free delivery to orders over £100 (Europe)/£150 (Rest of the World), excluding orders with custom printed products. See the section below for details.

Note that some of our So So Gay branded items, including t-shirts, mugs, phone cases and face masks, are custom printed to order so take an additional 2-3 days before dispatch and the issuing of a tracking number; however, they are sent by priority postage services once they're dispatched so you will receive them very quickly on completion. These products have additional information on their listing page about expected timings.
